Bob is the managing director of Penrose Care Ltd and the co-head of the Belsize Village Business Association; he is known for starting the Living Wage movement in UK social care, successfully lobbying for the enforcement of the National Minimum Wage in UK home care, revitalising Belsize Village, and sparking the UK's 'al fresco dining experiment' with the Belsize Village Streatery.
