What the jury saw at the Tim Bosma murder trial: Exhibit 41 — Photographs of the detailed forensic examination of Bosma’s pick-up truck after it was found by police and the grisly evidence they found. Dellen Millard, 30, of Toronto and Mark Smich, 28, of Oakville are on trial for first-degree murder in the sad case of Tim Bosma, who vanished May 6, 2013, after accompanying two strangers on a test drive of the pick-up truck he was selling online from his home in the Ancaster community of Hamilton, Ont., Canada. The prosecutors’ exhibit #41 is a lengthy catalog of blood stains and gunshot residue photos that were shown to the jury. During cross examination, lawyers for the accused men attacked the exam as sloppy and poorly documented.
