Well that’s it - well over a year of training videos come to an end. The last week before this years Dragon’s Back Race and no more can be done. Bags packed and finally inside the weight and now all we have to do is get to Conwy, rest and register and go at 6am on Monday. Can’t wait, just want to be off and running and in the event now. Good luck to everyone taking part this year and also thank you to the awesome event crew and volunteers for looking after us. All we have to do is sleep, eat, run but I know from last year that the support is a big task and we all appreciate you.
