The Production system is composed of the 3D printer WASP 40100 Clay and its two proprietary solutions: The Continuous Feeding System (CFS) and the conveyor belt. The CFS is an internationally patented system that allows you to constantly add new material to the printer, overcoming the limited capacity of the tank while mechanically degassing the material without a vacuum pump. The conveyor belt makes it possible to let the printer work overnight, creating an automated process for 24/7 production. Thanks to our upcoming new slicing and parametric 3D modelling software, It will be possible to queue different gcodes in the same file, creating a variety of unique pieces with ease, including different sets of vases, tiles, facades, and design objects.
