Welcome back to KULIMAX! tonight’s dinner was extra special. we visited Sho Sushi in Lane Cove, NSW to celebrate a farewell dinner for our friend Kenny. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was unreal. The vibe was cozy, and our friends Kenny and Ivan were already waiting. The chef introduced us to their special menu, starting at just $10 per sushi, but what came next truly blew us away. We enjoyed both sake and beer, pairing perfectly with the food. I witnessed fresh salmon being sliced right in front of me, and we were shown a beautiful Wagyu beef cut by their Brazilian chef. Every single dish was crafted with perfection. The sushi platter that arrived was a masterpiece — packed with variety and bursting with flavor. My jaw literally dropped when I tasted the dry-aged Kinmedai and the Wagyu with black truffle. And yes, they also had foie gras from france and scallops from Hokkaido, which were out of this world.
