Another exciting day in Hong Kong! I started my morning with a simple but delicious tea egg (just 1 AUD each) and a warm pork & veggie bun for breakfast. After exchanging some currency, it was time for a refreshing walk at Victoria Harbour, one of the city’s most iconic spots. The weather was sunny but perfect for strolling. Next stop: Omotesando Koffee at K11 Musea, the coffee shop was buzzing with people, surrounded by incredible art installations and statues. A great way to start the day! For lunch, we had a dimsum feast at Maxim’s Palace, with unforgettable flavors. Siumay, wonton, chicken feet, and crab fried rice. Probably the best dimsum experience ever. Later, we explored Lee Tung Avenue, a beautiful spot for tea, coffee, and shopping. My kid went crazy with Popmart toys, and I couldn’t resist getting some Naruto figures myself. Finally, we ended the day with dinner from the legendary Kam’s Roast Goose, a Michelin-starred restaurant for 10 years straight. We ordered half a goose to take away, crispy, juicy, and absolutely worth the hype.
