35-minute Slow Flow Yoga for the Evenings! Move and relax after work or before going to bed with this slow flow practice. We twist and bend gently stretching out the legs and moving the spine. Expect poses like Twisted Child's pose, Thread-the-Needle, Winged Dragon, Half-Splits, Pigeon/Swan and Bridge. The intention of the practice is to serve as a transition from your day to a calmer state in the evening - both physically and mentally. The pace is slow and there's time to focus on the breath which can help you immensely in releasing tension and soothing the mind. The practice ends with a relaxation for which you could move onto your bed if you're practising late at night 😴 This is an all-levels yoga practice and I offer options throughout the practice, so that everyone can practise the way that feels good for their body today.
