Valencia, Spain - Day 1

On this day, we arrived in beautiful Valencia 🇪🇸 and wasted no time exploring after dropping our bags! From the bus, we caught stunning views of Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and CaixaForum València — such futuristic architecture! We then headed to Plaça de l'Ajuntament, where we saw the impressive Ajuntament de València and explored the surrounding streets and local shops. Next stop: the iconic Mercat Central de València, where we found a cute lunch spot nearby. After refuelling, we wandered through the historic streets until we reached Catedral de València, continuing on to Plaça de la Verge, the beautiful Turia fountains, and finally the grand Torres de Serranos. After all those steps… a nap was absolutely necessary to survive the evening 😅 We ended the day with comforting Indian food at Swagat Valencia near our hotel, and of course… dessert at llaollao Valencia — officially our favourite frozen yogurt spot on this planet! Pistachio sauce, chocolate sauce, and mango pieces? Unreal. Yum!
