On this day in Valencia… 🇪🇸✨ We started our morning by seeking blessings at Gurdwara Sikh Sangat Valencia — beginning the day with gratitude before diving into more adventures. From there, we took a taxi to the stunning Catedral de València and slowly wandered down toward the Font de la Plaça de l'Ajuntament, getting happily lost in the charming streets while hunting for good food. And we found a gem! 🍜 Buga Ramen Valencia — 10/10 recommend. The ramen was delicious, and the interior aesthetics were so unique and vibey. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Valencia! We then explored Sant Francesc, spotting the beautiful Estació del Nord and the grand Plaça de Bous de València. Fun fact: the bullring is usually open for visitors, and you can even watch bullfights during the cooler months — such a wild bucket list experience! Sadly, it was closed for construction during our visit and there were no matches on. After all that exploring, we headed back to our hotel to drop off our shopping bags, freshen up, and recharge a little before continuing the adventure. Next stop: Playa de la Malvarrosa 🌊 I was SO ready to jump into the ocean… but the winds had other plans. We weren’t even allowed to stay on the beach! Still, we managed to grab some beautiful photos before heading off. For dinner, husband dearest found the cutest spot — Bikini Cabanyal. The food was divine, the hosts were incredibly warm (and spoke English!), and although it looked quiet in our video (we went during siesta hours), it really filled up later in the evening! We ended the night exploring the area, bussing back to our hotel, and of course… making our essential stop at llaollao Valencia for our favourite frozen yogurt. Pistachio. Chocolate. Mango. Repeat. 😍 Another full day. Another beautiful memory. Valencia, you have our hearts. 💛
