Ingredients Loaf 1¾ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar) 1½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ¾ cup dairy-free milk (oat or soy) ⅓ cup neutral oil OR melted dairy-free butter ¼ cup pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract Maple Glaze ¾ cup powdered sugar 2–3 tbsp maple syrup 1–2 tsp dairy-free milk (as needed) Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8½ x 4½-inch loaf pan with parchment. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add milk, oil (or butter), maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk just until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake 45–55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely. Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth and pourable. Drizzle glaze over cooled loaf.
