In Memory of Lynne Taylor A superb walk to Lingmoor Fell, starting at the National Trust car park in Elterwater. Only the fourth new Wainwright I have completed this year but what a stunning hike it turned out to be, amazing views and glorious weather. Despite an initial wrong turning, I was soon back on the correct path, heading up through the woods and passing the quarry, on the way to the summit. After an extended break and lunch on the summit, I mention the passing of a lovely lady, Lynne Taylor, who was a real supporter of my channel but had sadly lost a battle with breast cancer the previous day, heart-breaking news but I was determined to dedicate this video to her and make it a real celebration of her life.
