Hello everybody and welcome to a JK Running Productions video. In today’s video I race a 5k at a local zoo called the Samson Stomp 5k. The weather was brutally cold (-8 degrees), but I was able to race with a couple of my friends and get a starting point for what type of shape I’m in.
