It’s the time of year to reflect and be thankful. Today, and everyday, I’m grateful for fitness. ~ I’m extremely grateful that I found New Suit Fitness at this moment in my life. I’m going to make a more long form video about the past year and the journey of New Suit Fitness thus far, but just to get it off my chest right now, exercise is my therapy. Weights are my shrink, and actually achieving my goals is what makes it all worth it. Developing a strong affiliation with both @tenthousand.cc and @ybellfitness have been monumental pieces in the growth I’ve seen this year on my platform and with myself. I’m actually starting to believe that I can truly achieve my goals and I’m extremely grateful to both of them for trusting me and supporting me to promote their missions along the way. Fitness has taken me on one hell of a journey and I’m excited to see how much further we can go. I have massive plans for the future, and without a healthy lifestyle and daily one on one sessions with my own antagonist, I wouldn’t be where I am currently. I Still have much more to do, much more to conquer with myself and my fitness goals, but I can look back right now and be happy where the journey has taken me so far. This year alone fitness has has helped me achieve many new physical goals that I’ve always wanted to accomplish. My favorite being a dope backflip while actually sticking and surviving the landing. I’ve also achieved the body that I’m actually proud of and got there in a healthy way with my own grit and no unnatural supplements. However, most importantly, fitness granted me a better relationship with myself and I know it will continue to help me grow as long as I maintain, behave, and train all day!
