XDA – Xtreme Motorcycle Drag Racing Association 7th annual 190Hookup.com Superbike Showdown Rockingham Dragway June 27-29, 2025 🚀 Real Street Turns Scandalous at Rockingham: Records Fall and Controversy Rises The DME Racing Real Street class brought the chaos, controversy, and competition to the 190Hookup.com Superbike Showdown at Rockingham Dragway. With 21 machines locked and loaded, the field was stacked, the stakes were high, and the weekend turned out to be one for the history books—for reasons both thrilling and troubling. 💪 Brandon Litten lit the fuse early in qualifying with a run that sent shockwaves through the pits. Breaking Andy Simon’s previous MPH record of 199.49 set on his Harley-Davidson, Litten broke the sacred 200 mph barrier with a 200.27 mph pass—rewriting the class record books. But speed doesn’t always translate to victory. Litten powered his way to the semifinals, only to throw it away with a heartbreaking -.0247 red light against Chris Moore. Moore, already a final-round regular this season, had dispatched Candace Bubb and Anibal Merced with surgical precision. Awaiting him in the final was a hungry and focused Courtlan Whiting—who hadn’t tasted victory since 2023. Whiting’s path was no cakewalk either. He carved through heavy hitters Teddy Bubb, Chip Ellis, and Rickey Gadson to earn his shot at redemption. With both racers locked in on the tree, tension hung thick over the starting line. But before the green could drop, Whiting jumped—triggering a red light and handing the win to Moore. Or so we thought. In a dramatic turn of events, the post-race tech inspection revealed a surprise twist: a fuel check on both finalists. What it uncovered stunned everyone—Chris Moore’s bike was found running an illegal fuel mixture. The violation meant immediate disqualification. The win—once celebrated—was stripped along with all earned all points during the event. Courtlan Whiting, the red-lighted runner-up, was officially declared the victor. As the news spread, the Moore camp claimed innocence. But Tech's findings were clear, unlike Moore’s fuel. 👉 Read the full tech details at https://www.dragbike.com/xda-records-... - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ⭐ Video Courtesy of http://www.SchnitzRacing.com 👕 BUY Merch - http://dragbike.com/merch ✅ Brock's Performance - https://dragbike.us/brocks - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 🔔 Don't Miss the Action - SUBSCRIBE & GET NOTIFIED 📣 / dragbikecom 📲 FOLLOW US Official Site: http://www.dragbike.com Facebook: / dragbikecom Instagram: / dragbikecom YouTube: / @dragbikeracing
