XDA – Xtreme Motorcycle Drag Racing Association 25th annual WPGC Bike Fest Maryland International Raceway July 25-27, 2025 Teasley Triumphs Again in HTP Performance Super Stock at WPGC Bike Fest Winner - Jeremy Teasley Runner-up - Mike Davis The HTP Performance Super Stock class delivered edge-of-your-seat action at the WPGC Bike Fest, bringing raw horsepower and razor-sharp reaction times to Maryland International Raceway in the true hand clutch class. Qualifying was once again ruled by Tim Cottrell, who locked in the #1 qualifier position for the third race in a row with a blistering 8.877-second pass. Cottrell’s consistent performance carried him through the early rounds and into the semi-finals, where he met the always-dangerous Mike Davis—currently sitting second in points. Cottrell cut a strong .110 light to Davis’ .122 and appeared to have the upper hand off the line. But trouble struck as Cottrell fought to tame a wheelie on his ZX-14. That hesitation cost him critical momentum, allowing Davis to power past and claim the win with an 8.937 to Cottrell’s 9.263. Davis advanced to his second final round appearance of the season, setting the stage for a showdown with reigning class champion Jeremy Teasley. After opening the season with a win, Teasley had struggled to find his groove at the last two events. But at Bike Fest, the champ was back in top form. He tore through the field with wins over Seth Leach, Jayden Litten, and Mike Geer to punch his ticket to the final. In the last pass of the day, Davis struck first with a .103 light to Teasley’s .127, but that early jump wasn’t enough. Teasley unleashed the full might of his Super Stock machine, reeling in Davis with a clean, controlled 8.933 run to Davis’ 9.020.
