Our lives are split between a spectrum of competing needs, responsibilities, and activities — is it possible to make time for serving others and impacting our communities? Jesher Loi shares how we can bring about change with the power of just 1% of our time, and that small individual contributions increase in magnitude when we come together - lessons he learnt from starting the One Percent pledge, which call for dedicating 1% of not just our money, but our time, care and effort. By day, Jesher is the Executive Director of Ya Kun International where he oversees the Branding and Market Development of the business. When he is not involved in the business, Jesher finds his utmost pleasure in classical music and is a classically trained Conductor The Master's College in Southern California. Finally, Jesher has a passion for youth and social change. He is active with the National Youth Council where he is involved in youth development and programming and sits on the Board of Directors of Scape where he enjoys the opportunity to provide a platform for youth and nurture their passions.
