Goan Cabbage Ross 250 GM Cabbage 1 cup freshly grated Coconut 3-4 Garlic Cloves 2 tsp Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorn 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds Few curry leaves 1 medium Onion chopped 1 medium Tomato chopped Slit Green Chillies according to taste Vegetable stock cube according to taste (optional) Salt to taste 1/4 tsp sugar 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Please note /once you’ve added that the coconut milk do not boil the curry just when the curry is about to boil put off the flame and let it sit at room temperature /initially the curry will look thin, but as it seats at the room temperature, it will become creamy Have you ever tried cabbage in a curry?
