We are using a supersets structure to maximize muscular strength and definition in a short amount of time! This strength workout is a full standing workout with a variety of compound lower-body exercises. A few days after this workout, I was still feeling my thighs. Not a crazy, I can't walk kind of way, but in a ooooh, that was a really good workout kind of way! My favorite superset was the Bulgarian split squat and step-up combo.
