Try using different ingredients to make your own pasta. ======================= Bacon cream pasta [Ingredients] *Cooking noodles 8&1/3 cups (1.5L) purified water 90g spaghetti noodles 1 tbsp (12g) fine salt Olive oil *Bacon cream pasta 2 strips (32g) bacon 1/2 (125g) onion 1&1/2 (30g) button mushroom 1/2 tbsp (5g) flour 1 pack (200ml) milk 1 tbsp (15g) butter 2 tbsp (14g) olive oil 2 tbsp (16g) Parmesan cheese 1/6 tbsp (2g) fine salt Cooked spaghetti noodles Black pepper Parsley [Directions] *Cooking pasta noodles 1. Add purified water, fine salt, and olive oil to a pot and bring to boil. 2. When water starts boiling, put in pasta noodles and cook for 6 minutes. Stir occasionally. Tip: Set aside the pasta water to adjust the consistency of your creamy pasta. 3. Drain the pasta noodles. *Bacon cream pasta 1. Cut bacon 1cm thick and diced onion into 0.5cm big pieces. 2. Dice one button mushroom into 0.5cm big pieces, and cut the half of a button mushroom into 0.5cm thick slices. Tip: Make four slices of button mushroom. 3. Add the bacon, diced onion, diced button mushroom, and olive oil into a pan and stir-fry. 4. Stir-fry thoroughly until the onion becomes golden. 5. Once the onion has goldened, add butter. When the butter has melted, add milk, sliced button mushroom, and cooked spaghetti noodles. 6. Add flour and stir well to adjust the consistency. 7. Reduce to low heat and season with fine salt. Tip: Add pasta water if the sauce is too thick. 8. Turn off the heat and add Parmesan cheese. 9. Sprinkle black pepper, plate, and finish with a little bit of parsley. Tip: Add more milk to make more sauce if desired.
