Its remarkable engineering can accommodate open-end flaps, long-side flaps, and even overnight letter envelopes with ease. The KR521 is equipped with Kirk-Rudy's highly reliable KR324 Shuttle Feeders, which supply inserts to the lugged transport belt, resulting in a consistent, smooth, and secure workflow. The envelope flap opening section is designed with a pinch roller/plow assembly, combined with a compressed air blast that guarantees the positive opening of every flap.
