This 20-minute Pilates practice is a gentle, low-impact session designed to help you move with ease and feel supported. This class is a preparation session for our 7-Day Pilates Challenge starting Monday, January 5th — just 20 minutes a day for 7 days. This Pilates practice is a calm, supportive space to reconnect with your body through slow, intentional movement. Designed as a mindful Pilates session, this class focuses on gentle strength, mobility, and breath — with an emphasis on listening rather than pushing. This session is here to help you prepare for our 7-Day Pilates Challenge, beginning Monday, January 5th. The challenge includes just 20 minutes of Pilates each day for 7 days, offering a steady, approachable way to build consistency without pressure. You can expect: • gentle Pilates at home • mindful, low-impact movement • short daily sessions that feel sustainable • space for rest, pauses, and modifications • a body-neutral approach to moving and feeling good Rather than focusing on changing your body, this practice — and the upcoming challenge — invites you to begin the year with care, presence, and curiosity. ✨ Move at your own pace ✨ Take breaks whenever you need ✨ Modify or rest at any time No equipment is needed, and this session is suitable for beginners as well as anyone looking for a slower, more grounding Pilates experience.
