My "Rafters are full" sale was overwhelming for me and probably for potential buyers too. I would list around 20 items that were available. However, I would get about 10 inquiries per item. Hence, 200 inquires. Plus, many of these inquires had questions, stipulations, offers, etc. Nothing wrong with that at all. Heck, when I see stuff I am interested in, I often do that...ask questions, want more info, pics, shipping questions, packing questions, payment questions, etc. Hence, nothing wrong with that at all. However, try getting a mailbox of 200 of these at once! Someone might make an offer. Someone else might want to pay full price but wants me to hold it for a few. Someone else might want me to test the tubes, or know the history, etc. It doesn't stop. Again, nothing wrong with that, I do it too, but I do this for fun and promoting the hobby. I am 63 and have a taxing 9-5 job. I do not do this for a living, nor do I really do this to make money. Truth be told, I probably lose a lot more money all in all with this hobby than I make. But then again, it is just a HOBBY for me so that is expected. However, with that said, the rafters are full and I would like to get rid of some stuff, but not everything all at once, hence this video is showing: Transel Dynamite 150. Transel is the maker of the Nitro 300a and others. It is basically the Nitro 300A's little brother. The Dynamite 150 has 3 6lq6 tubes, 1 driving 2. It is set up as a modulator type box with -Bias going into grid 1, and the drive goes into the cathode. It is setup very close to the Demco's I just made a few videos on and also Varmints with supermod are set up that way. It is a no frills amp with no preamp, and no High Low or variable. Just a meter, 3 switches On/Off, Am/SSB, and TX Standby with indicator lights, and a panel mount fuse on the front. With the -Bias and setup like a modulator, with 3 watts swinging to 10 peak going in, it will deadkey 10 and swing to around 60 average and 150 peak. Nice little swinging modulator driver box. Good condition, but not great, perfect or mint. $200 plus the ride, firm. Also available is the Daiwa CN (Cross Needle) 720B wattmeter. This meter covers 1.8-150mhz, has extra large easy to see meters, and a 20-200-2000 watt scale. It reads average only, no peak watts or 'swing' on this meter. If you look this meter up on Eham, it got 5 out of 5 stars. I like this meter too, but I got too many and I am sticking with my MFJ-868B jumbo wattmeters. Asking $100 shipped USA for the wattmeter.
