In this episode I tell you about my epiphany in mobility training after trying to improve it for more than 16 years. I was a figure skater for the most part of my life and after I quit I started dancing. My mobility sucked compared to all my dancer friends and I couldn't even do a split. So when I discovered loaded stretching it changed my whole game and I finally got to improve my mobility. And there is one specific exercise that helped me a lot in improving my pancake.
