I don't know if you'd call it a "planning system," but I get a lot done. When people over-complicate planning systems, it becomes more about the system than the tasks or projects they're trying to accomplish. We don't have to keep reinventing the wheel, when it comes to planning and time management. Most very successful people have very simple time management systems. They're too busy getting things and don't have time allow the system to become the focal point. A lot of the reason people don't get things done is because they don't commit to doing them. This has nothing to do with the time management system at all.
