1st Time Spinnaker Sailing, Bribie Island | Trailer Sailer to Mission Point

We've trailered our Ultimate 18, Lady Emma, all the way to Brisbane in search of some warm sunny weather. After spending a week on Peel Island, we decided to head to Bribie Island and sail the Pumicestone Passage up to Mission Point. With light winds forecast from the south, the conditions and timing seem right for our first attempt at flying the Spinnaker. Once at Mission Point, we have another go at fishing, spot a goanna and cook up a mean red lentil and vegetable curry. Join us as we venture offroad, chasing landscapes painted with rich sunset colours and some beautiful swimming holes. Get out there and travel Australia, it's amazing.
