Oats Rava Idli (ओट्स रवा इडली) OatsRavaIdli #BreakfastRecipe #MeghnasFoodMagic Oats are so beneficial to whoever wanting to follow health or weight loss journey. And there can’t be anything more healthy than Idli. You can even store the dry batter for future use. Bringing both together, enjoy Oats Rava Idli for breakfast, lunch, dinner…. practically any time. Ingredients : 1 cup Oats (powdered) 1 tbs Oil 1.5 tsp Skinless Lentils (Urad Dal) 1.5 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai) Few Curry Leaves Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) Few roughly cut Cashews 1 cup Semolina (Suji/Rava) 1 cup Curd (Dahi) 1/2 cup Water Finely chopped Coriander Leaves Shredded Carrot Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste) Salt as per taste 1 tsp Fruit Salt (Eno) Method : Heat up the pan, add 1 tbs Oil Add 1.5 tsp Skinless Lentils (Urad Dal) Add 1.5 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai) Add few Curry Leaves Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) Add few roughly cut Cashews Add 1 cup Semolina (Suji/Rava) Roast for 5 min on medium heat Turn off the heat and add Oats Powder Mix it and transfer in a bowl Add 1 cup Curd (Dahi) Add 1/2 cup Water Mix it and rest for 10-15 min Further add some veggies, finely chopped Coriander, Green Chillies and shredded Carrot Add Salt to taste & mix everything well Add 1 tsp Fruit Salt (Eno) (Before adding fruit salt keep idli moulds ready, greased with oil and keep the steamer heat on) Fill batter in Idli moulds and place them into steamer Cover the lid and steam for 15-20 mins Take out the moulds and remove idlis from it Enjoy Yummilicious Oats & Rava Idli with Sambar or Chutney .
