It is tough becoming a mum. We all struggle - some days more than others. Take some much needed time to focus on you. Your anxiety is the result of your commitment and love for your child, and that is what it means to be a mum. Your love and your feelings of protection will always be there for your child. Do not fear them but embrace these feelings with patience. Your anxiety may come from you being too hard on yourself, or comparing yourself to others. These judgements are the stories we tell ourselves - you can decide which stories you tell, which you listen to and which you let affect you. There is so much to learn, to do, and to understand.
