I've created a monster. Rules: EXP gain must be minimised, limited to forced encounters where possible Using Bright Might or Dark Might for guaranteed crits is forbidden Use of demons from the Maniax/Chronicle release is forbidden (This includes Fiends, Beelzebub, Black Frost, Futomimi, Metatron, Sakahagi and Dante/Raidou) The goal is to collect all Magatama and achieve the True Demon Ending Beelzebub gets one last run-back before I move on. As mentioned in the previous video, after observing Beelzebub's new proclivity to cast Dekunda when he has an extra turn I reached out to ‪@oldmatthiewpurple‬ and he created a mod that allows any number of extra turns to be given to enemies. After beating him with 4 turns I simply had to give it a go with 5. This is pushing it too far to be quite frank. I got lucky several times in this fight, on at least two occasions he could have killed me if had gone for the third Death Flies and there are at least a couple of times where I mistakenly didn't prioritise debuffing him after a Dekunda. I'm also lucky not to have lost a demon on turn 1 considering he went first. This is mostly a proof-of-concept and I certainly don't intend to repeat these conditions on any future bosses. For the sake of argument I do think he could be beaten with 6 or more turns but it would very likely involve using Mana Drain to deplete all 10000 of his MP before moving him to phase 2 just because of the increased likelihood of 3 or more Death Flies in a single turn. I won't be doing that because it would be tedious and boring.
