Ingredients needed : For dough: 2 cups of all purpose flour 3/4 cup of milk 1 tbs yeast 1 tbs sugar 2 tbs butter 2 tbs dry milk Mix all ingredients to make a dough and keep for 1 hour in a warm place. For chicken: Boiled chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbs soya sauce and vinegar. 1 tbs crushed carrots 1 tbs capsicum 1 tbs corns 1 tbs all purpose flour 1 tbs soya sauce 1 tbs chilli garlic sauce 1 egg 1 cup milk 1/2 cup onions Heat butter and add onions. After 2 mins add all vegetables. Then add milk and add all ingredients. Make a thick mixture. Shape the dough in a rectangular shape and spread the mixture. Shape the mixture as shown in the video. Keep in the preheated oven (180 c) for 15 mins. Once done brush it with butter. Enjoy.
