When I saw that an Airbus A318 would be deployed on the Paris-Oslo route, I immediately jumped on that opportunity, with the aim of getting another flight on this rare aircraft. Well, unfortunately, things didn't fully go according to plan, and while I understand that technical issues do sometimes happen, that doesn't make the aircraft change any less disappointing... Despite this inconvenience, the trip from Bologna to Oslo went quite smoothly. Both flights were on time and the crews were great; very friendly and service-oriented. For instance, they proactively offered passengers two drinks, and getting a second or even a third sandwich wasn't a problem either. Beyond that, there were USB ports and WiFi on both aircraft, with messaging being free for all passengers. Needless to say, this won't be the last time I'm flying Air France - I just hope that next time, it will be on the A318...
