This year we went with Chinese food! We had a gorgeous table with "Spring Pancake (Chun Ping)" which is eaten in China on the day of celebration, and our family's standard "Pork Kakuni" and other dishes. And we were happy to have dim sum from Hotel Okura's Chinese "Toukarin" that we received. I hope this will be helpful for this year's Father's Day meal.
