To get the most out of your Honeywell Filter Free Cool Mist humidifier, follow these helpful steps. Make sure your humidifier is on a firm, level, water resistant surface at least twelve inches away from the wall. To fill the water tank, Turn the arrow towards the open lock symbol and remove the cap. Fill the tank with cool water, then replace the cap and secure by twisting firmly into locked position. Place the tank back on the base. Make sure your humidifier is turned off, before plugging it in. Then turn the power knob to the highest setting. Use the rotating mist to direct mist output away from walls, furniture and bedding. When a comfortable humidity level has been reached, turn the power knob to a lower setting.
