Our family and friends love when I make this honey maple glazed carrot side dish! It is my favorite in a cast iron skillet, though a glass baking dish or baking pan work too. My favorite part about this meal - aside from how sweet and roasty it is - is that I can make it ahead of time and store in the freezer! Meal prep for the win! I have made this as part of a meal train for postpartum moms and also in preparation for the busy holiday season!
