The fried chicken pieces are added back into the sauce and mixed well. Once the stock reduces, the remaining stock is added for a rich and silky consistency. The dish is covered and cooked for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend perfectly. Finally, it is garnished with fresh coriander leaves for a beautiful finish.
