Best Of Masala Morning | Kachay Qeemay kay Kabab & Yakhi Biryani | Shireen Anwar | MasalaTV Subscribe To MasalaTV Recipes YouTube Channel! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV KACHAY QEEMAY KAY KABAB WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients: Mince (machine grind) 1 kg Oil for frying Green onion 1 tbsp Chopped garlic 4 tbsp chopped ginger 3 tbsp Green chilies 4 tbsp Tomato 250 grams Crushed hot spices 3 tbsp Chopped Red Chilies 2 tbsp Salt to taste Ground Coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp Gram flour 1/2 cup Eggs 2 Ingredients for Dipping: Gram flour 2 cups Salt to taste Crushed Red Chilli 2 tsp Water as required Method: Mix all the ingredients in the mince and marinate it for 6-7 hours. Now make small kebabs from it. Mix all the ingredients for dipping dissolve it in water and thicken it. Then dip the prepared kebabs in it and hot. Deep fry in oil. Finally, serve with chutney and naan. YAKHNI BIRYANI WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients: Rice 1 kg Meat 1 kg Finely chopped onion 2 p Chopped garlic 4 tbsp chopped ginger 4 tbsp Tomato slices 3 pcs Mint 1 bunch Green chilies to taste Yogurt 250 grams Clarified butter 1 cup Ingredients for stock: Tomatoes 2 large ginger 2 pieces garlic 1 clove Salt to taste For Spices: Nutmeg as required Mace as required Black pepper as required White Cumin as required Cinnamon as required Large cardamom as required Cloves as required Black cumin as required METHOD: Grind all the spices coarsely. Add cloves and black cumin to them. Mix all the ingredients of the yakhni cook it and remove the yakhni. Heat ghee in a separate pan and brown the onion. Add chopped garlic, mint, green chilies, ginger, tomato slices, and meat and spoon it well. Add chopped spices and Add curd and fry it well. Now add yakhni to it, when it boils add rice. Then keep the rice in a pan.
