Paneer Samosa Recipe: Paneer (grated) - 200 grams Onion (finely chopped) - 1 no Tomato (finely chopped) - 2 no Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 1 no Oil - 2 tbsp + For Deep Frying Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp Cumin Seed - ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp Salt - ½ tsp Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp Mint Leaves - 2 tbsp Mixed Nuts (chopped) - 2 tbsp For the Samosa: Samosa Patti - 15 sheets Maida - 1 tbsp Water - 3 tbsp Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, saute until translucent. 2. Add the green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and cook until no longer raw in the aroma. 3. Add tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cardamom powder and salt to taste, saute till the masalas get cooked. 4. Add the grated paneer and saute for 2 mins. 5. Add coriander, mint leaves and the chopped nuts and mix. Remove from the heat and cool the mixture. 6. For the samosa, prepare a paste of maida and water to use for sticking. 7. Prepare cones from the samosa sheets, add the paneer stuffing and seal with the maida paste. 8. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy in medium hot oil.
