Shenango River Lake is a great place to spend a weekend getaway. Here you can camp, boat, picnic, swim at the beach, & view wildlife all within 90 minutes from Pittsburgh, PA. While not as remote as we typically choose, we did enjoy the family friendly campground, pristine section of lake we had all to ourselves & some warm waters to take a dip in at the beach on a very hot weekend. 📆 Filmed on a hot weekend in June 2024. Want to know more? 🚤 There are six boat launch ramps. Most of the lake accommodates power boats of unlimited horsepower.
