What will it take to build a cleaner, more climate-resilient Rivers State by 2050? This Environment & Sanitation Focus Group Discussion is part of the Rivers 2050 Vision — a citizen-led initiative working to co-create a 25-year development blueprint for Rivers State. In this session, environmental advocates, climate leaders, conservation experts, and risk specialists examine: Climate resilience and flood preparedness Pollution and environmental justice Biodiversity protection and conservation Waste management and sanitation reform The role of education and behavior change Technology and data for environmental governance The conversation explores both policy reform and community responsibility, asking what must change in the next five years to prevent long-term environmental decline.
