When you have curly hair and you cut it off really low, when they grow back they can cause these ingrown hairs, these razor bumps that are so painful. The ingrown hairs were all over my jawline. My face was like bubbling up with razor bumps on the sides it was crazy. I came here to do some laser hair removal to get rid of the ingrown hairs. So I got a new razor bump free face. The ingrown hair treatment felt pretty good. Dr. Pien’s ingrown hair removal technique was absolutely amazing. I was always looking for someone who could do the ingrown hair treatment right because laser hair removal on razor bumps I was just like “ahhhh it’s going to hurt”. The bumps were already so painful. So far I’ve had an amazing time. The ingrown hair treatments were very simple. I would go in, we’d do some lidocaine and just numb the face for about 30 to 45 minutes and they had these nice massage chairs. I’d get to chill out and vibe out. Then we would go in to the treatment room and remove the numbing cream and they would zap, zap, zap away. The ingrown hair treatment was not painful at all. They have a really good process to get rid of ingrown hairs, or whatever they do, it’s great. Dr. Pien is sweet and she is super nice and honestly all I need to say is she is talented. She knows what she is doing and she guides you through the process and makes you feel comfortable. If you are feeling any sensations that are you know unsettling she’ll make sure to go slower or faster or give you a cold press or cold air. She’s there on the journey with you to make sure you are comfortable. It was so good. I’m a changed man. What they have done here with their ingrown hair treatment, as you can see, is get me back to that baby smooth skin.
