Email me at [email protected] White Chicken Enchiladas: Ingredients: -4 low carb tortillas -2 chicken breast shredded -1/2 taco seasoning packet -1/2 cup salsa verde sauce -5 ounce plain Greek yogurt -1/2 cup white queso -1/2 cup shredded cheese 1.) mix together, shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, taco seasoning, shredded cheese, and salsa Verde. 2.) evenly divide mixture into four different tortillas, roll into enchiladas. 3.) place enchiladas on a grease pan, top with more salsa, Verde, shredded cheese and queso. 4.) place into a 375° oven for about 20 minutes. Calories per enchilada: 183 cals Fat: 7g Protein: 22g Carbs: 7g Chili Cheese Dog Potato Wedges: -1 lb ground beef -1/2 a turkey keilbalsa -1 lb potato wedges -1 chili seasoning packet -1 can bean of choice -shredded cheese 1.) cut potatoes into wedges, and air fryer in a 400° air fryer for about 20 minutes. Seasoned potatoes how you would like. 2.) Well, potatoes are air frying, cook 1 pound of ground beef, with turkey kielbasa in pan. 3.) when meat is done cooking, add one can of rinse and drain beans, one packet of chili seasoning, and 3/4 cup of water. 4.) take potatoes out of of air fryer, top with chili mix and cheese. 5.) enjoy! Calories: 383g Fat: 10g Protein: 37g Carbs: 24g
