I Tried (And Failed) To Record An Indie Rock Album In 1 Day

Wrote an indie rock album, tried to record it in a single day. (It took 3 days.) In the last few months, I wrote an album inspired by the likes of Pavement and other 90s indie rock bands, and last month, I attempted to record this album in a single day. On said day, things kept going wrong, and I quickly realised this wasn't going to happen. What followed was a last-minute change of plans involving a new studio, and despite the setbacks, I was able to rescue these 11 songs and make a record that I'm really proud of! This video follows the story of how I (accidentally) began writing the album after a chance experience at college in late September, all the way to its completion on Christmas Eve 2025.
