"Fool Moon Paranoid" (Demon) by unne | Geometry Dash 2.11

This is a level I was asked to showcase, so I don't have first-hand experience playing this. However, I can still judge the visuals and the gameplay somewhat from the video. Visually, it's clear to see that this is very unique. The color mixing may feel random due to just how many different colors can be seen on screen within a second, but they all match relatively well. You may not get the best result pausing, though. (Trust me, I see that when taking pictures for my thumbnails.) However, a Geometry Dash level is supposed to be seen in motion, and that works quite well here. There are a few points in the level where I like the color mixing a little less, such as at 0:43, where the color of the moon in the background remains relatively static while the foreground's colors change rapidly. Still, this further builds upon the established chaotic colors. Not only do the colors give off a chaotic feel, but so do the structuring and block designs. In fact, there isn't a set structure to begin with. Block designs form pretty much everywhere in wildly different shapes, and their details vary from one to the other. This is not common at all; most levels have a set block design that is replicated in structures of similar shapes throughout each part. This is perhaps my favorite part of this level's visuals. Aside from this, there are some simple custom backgrounds and decorations that fill up space nicely. In terms of gameplay, this will most likely be a Hard Demon from what I've heard. I can definitely see that from the video. First of all, the chaotic visuals will definitely have an effect on the playing experience, which will add some difficulty. This may not be everyone's cup of tea, but you have to admit that the atmosphere affecting so many aspects of a level is cool. Secondly, there's a ton of movements and verticality, further enhancing the chaotic vibe, which also adds to the difficulty. It does look like a satisfying level to beat once you've got it down, though. If you like what you see in this video, you should definitely give this a try.
