Soya Kheema Paratha is a delicious and nutritious Indian flatbread stuffed with a flavorful mixture of spiced soy granules (soya kheema). Packed with protein and rich flavors from aromatic spices, it makes for a hearty breakfast, lunch, or dinner option. Serve it with yogurt, pickles, or a tangy chutney for a wholesome and satisfying meal. #chefharpalsingh #namakshamak #soya #paratha #food #recipe Ingredients quantity Oil 1 ½ tbsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tsp Green chilli chopped 2 no Cumin seeds 1 tsp Soya keema soaked 1 cup Red chilli powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Ghee 1 tbsp Onion chopped 1 ½ no Coriander chopped ¼ cup Wheat flour 2 cup Carom seeds ½ tsp Salt to taste Water as required Ghee for frying Chaat masala for sprinkle Red chilli powder for sprinkle Method 1.Place a kadai on medium flame and heat oil. 2.Add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli and cumin seeds sauté for a minute. 3.Add soaked soya keema and mix well. 4.Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, turmeric powder and salt mix well. 5.Now side out in a mixing bowl and add ghee, chopped onions and chopped coriander mix well. Set aside. 6.In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, carom seeds and salt. Gradually add water to knead a soft, pliable dough. 7.Cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. 8.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll into balls. 9.Flatten one ball, place a spoonful of soya keema filling in the center, and seal the edges to form a stuffed ball. 10.Roll it out gently into a thick paratha, being careful not to let the filling spill out. 11.Heat a tawa over medium heat. Place the rolled-out paratha on the hot tawa and cook until bubbles appear. Flip and cook the other side. 12.Apply ghee on both sides and cook until golden brown. 13.Enjoy your hot soya keema parathas with yogurt, pickle, or mint chutney!
