We have a tremendous library of various pipes. Our capabilities on custom tubes and rods include: • Unlimited sizing • Unique formula • Any color imaginable Because we are a custom urethane manufacturer and because we have so many molds in house, we can mix and match them to make whatever size tube a customer may need. We hand batch our material, which gives us complete flexibility. We can make blue 60A durometer rods, we can make green 80D rods, and if you decide that you want your 80A durometer rod in red, we’ll make yours red. Why Clients Prefer PSI When It Comes to Urethane Rods and Urethane Tubes: 1. Length & Diameters. We can form it at any length up to 36” in length. Rods, same. We can form a max length of 36”. We could do almost any diameter. We’re able to machine down and create custom rods and custom tubes to your specifications. 2. Applications. We have customers that use our tubes for rollers, sleeves on their cores, etc. We’ve had customers that buy our tubes and cut them down use in application as spring or bumper. Sometimes it’s a sleeve. Sometimes they just need a gasket and they’ll cut that out of a tube as well. 3. Formulas. We have over 100 formulas. Sometimes, if it’s a water application, you need one formula. If, again, you need a sticky tacky formula, you need a softer formula. We can do that.
