Cliffside Rural Road Drive 4K HDR - An Incredible Mountain-Carved Road in Southern China

On this trip, we travel through the Yuechengling Mountains in northern Guilin, Guangxi, China. Our journey begins in Meixi Town, located at the border between Guangxi and Hunan, on the southern edge of the Yuechengling mountain range. Provincial Road S301, leading toward Quanzhou Tianhu National Wetland Park, winds through continuous mountain ridges and narrow valleys. With dramatic elevation changes, it is a classic mountain engineering road and scenic high-relief drive. Along the way, you’ll encounter the signature alpine meadow landscapes of the Yuechengling Mountains. This area is also home to one of the largest onshore wind power clusters in southern China. Rows of white wind turbines line the mountain ridges, stretching alongside the road—earning this route the nickname “The Wind Turbine Road.” Hope you enjoy this journey through Yuecheng Ridge.
