This is an efficient ab workout, working each part of your core, including the upper abdominals, lower abdominals, and obliques. Weights are optional for all the moves or you can just use bodyweight. If you are going to add weights, you'll want some options, with some light ones and heavier ones available. You can add this 6-move circuit on to the end of any workout or use it as a stand alone.
