自家種的葡萄. 沒有在正常澆水, 以為已經凶多吉少. 沒想到居然開始生長. 然後生了第一串葡萄. 既然活下來, 好好利用. 摘些葉子做葡萄葉捲. Planted a grape but did not regularly water it. Thought it would not survive. All the sudden, it starts growing and grows a bunch of grapes. Find a good way to use the grape leaves. 材料 Ingredients: 葡萄葉13葉 Grape Leaves about 13 leaves 鹽 Salt 白米1杯 (量米杯) Raw Rice 1 cup (rice cup) 洋蔥1小顆 1 Small Onion 牛絞肉約200克 Ground Beef about 200g 甜椒粉1小匙 Paprika 1 tsp 大蒜粉1小匙 Garlic Powder 1 tsp 孜然粉1小匙 Cumin Powder 1 tsp 鹽1/4小匙 Salt 1/4 tsp 黑胡椒粉適量 Black Pepper to season 番茄塊罐頭 Chopped Tomato 1 Can 番茄醬包2包 Ketchup 2 bags 作法: 1. 煮一鍋水, 加鹽 Bring a pot of water to boil, add salt 2. 把洗淨的葡萄葉放入煮過 Wash clean the grape leaves and add to the water 3. 煮約10-11分鐘 Cook the leaves for about 10-11 minutes 4. 拿出葉子泡冷水 Remove the leaves from hot water and soak in cool water 5. 把米洗淨, 泡水約20分鐘 Wash clean the rice and soak in water for about 20 minutes 6. 洋蔥切末 Chop the onion 7. 米瀝乾, 加入絞肉, 洋蔥, 甜椒粉, 大蒜粉, 孜然粉, 鹽跟黑胡椒 Drain the rice, add the ground beef. And add paprika, garlic powder, cumin powder, salt and black pepper 8. 全部混合均勻 Mix well 9. 攤開一片葡萄葉. 在下方放上一把內餡 Take a grape leaf, grab some stuffing and place at the lower end of the leaf 10. 把葡萄葉往上折, 再把左右往內折. 最後往上捲好 Fold the stuffing with the lower part, then fold from left and right side. Finally roll up to form the grape leaf roll 11. 繼續把所有的葡萄葉捲好 Continue rolling the rests 12. 把剩餘的兩片葉子鋪在鍋底. 擺上葡萄葉捲 Lay the extra leavers at the bottom of the pan and place flat the rolls on the top 13. 取約一顆番茄塊的份量, 把番茄塊稍微壓碎 Take about the portion of one tomato from the can, crush the chopped tomato 14. 加一點大蒜粉調味, 加入番茄醬包跟鹽 Season with some garlic powder. Add the ketchup and salt 15. 加入一米杯的水 Add a cup of water (rice cup) 16. 試過味道在調味 Add seasoning if needed 17. 把調好的番茄醬汁倒入鍋內 Pour the tomato sauce over the rolls 18. 蓋上鍋蓋, 大火煮滾 Cover the pan, turn on high heat and bring to boil 19. 煮滾之後改小火悶煮40分鐘 Once boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes 20. 煮好40分鐘後, 熄火悶5分鐘即可食用 Once the time is up, turn off the heat, cover and rest for 5 minutes before serving
