Plus Size Workout: Strength Train and Get Confident At The Gym is a video I created with my friend Sarah to help with gaining confidence at the gym. This Summer, add strength training to your workout routine. Strength training is important when it comes to losing weight and is something I've recently incorporated into my weight loss routine. It's taken me this long because of how scared I was to actually try out different strength exercises at the gym. In this video, Sarah shows us four strength training exercises for beginners and for plus size people like myself to start adding them into a workout routine: Squats, Dumbbell Strict Press, Hollow Holds, and Dumbbell deadlifts.
