Autobiography Dr. David Edgar Davlianidze. David Edgar Davlianidze was born in 1956 in capital of Georgia Tbilisi in musicians family. He started his musical education at the school of Gifted Children with Professor N. Khalatova. Then he ended the Conservatory under the wonderful pianist Professor Tengis Amiradjibi, who was brought up by famous Moscow pianist K. Igumnov and L. Oborin. During his life D.E. Davlianidze performed in many concert halls in Germany, Hungary, Estonia, Poland, Czechoslovakia and many other countries. From 1982 to 1994 he ran a piano trio of Georgian Music Society and was member of the trio. In his repertoire there are a large number of works different ages and styles. From 1982 to 1994 D.E. Davlianidze worked at the Methodologies Section of Tbilisi Conservatory as Professor and was leader of Chamber Ensemble Section in the School of Gifted Children. Since January 1995 D.E. Davlianidze is in Cairo. In this period he played three piano recitals in Cairo Conservatory and Russian Cultural Centre with great success. In 1975 he became the prize-winner of Tran Caucasus Competition. In 1990 D.E. Davlianidze was awarded a scientific degree of a candidate of Arts.
