I've mountain biked here a few times in the past and it's always fun to ride. lots of long downhill runs, I thought the trail was in great shape other than the loose rocks and gravel. I got a little overheated this day and had to take a few breaks. I started the Mill Creek Loop but turned back as I started to not feel well and called it a day.
